8-week progressive class, focusing on building your core and pelvic floor via Pilates and strength training. We will work on proper breathing, alignment, and muscle recruitment specific to the muscles stretched during pregnancy and labor.
The first and last class will include a diastasis recti screen, measuring any abdominal separation and progress by our specialist.
Whether it's been 4 months or 40 years since your last child, once postpartum always postpartum.
