This class is beneficial for anyone who is wanting to improve their posture, work on core and back strength, and overall feel stronger and more flexible in their bodies. We will work on the fundamental components of proper breathing, alignment, and muscle recruitment with a quick progression into a variety of exercises to improve our core. The class will include a variety of resistance, body weight, and Pilates exercises. Class on Memorial day will be rescheduled.
